Where does the casting take place?

We are based in Wimbledon, London  SW19, by appointment only.

Is it possible to have a home visit?

Yes it is. Please contact us for information regarding home visits.

 

How long does the appointment take?

Consultation and casting takes approximately 1 hour.

 

What's the lead time from my appointment to collection?

14 - 28 days.

 

Does my baby need to keep still?

We are able to cast babies' hands and feet when wide awake,wriggling or sleeping. 

 

Is there an age limit for casting?

There is no age limit to making memories!

 

Can we duplicate casts?

The casts are unique and are a one off therefore we cannot duplicate.

 

I broke my cast. What can i do?

We can repair most breakages. Keep all pieces and return to us and hopefully we will have them back with you as good as new.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

Paypal which accepts all major credit cards, bank transfer or cash.

 

Do I need to pay a deposit?

50% of total balance needs to be paid for deposit on the day of your casting appointment and the balance on collection. If you require home delivery or an alternative place of choice the total amount would need be paid before despatch.

 

Are you available in the evenings and weekends?

Yes we are very flexible with our appointment times and can accomadate to suit you.
